1. Purpose
These Terms of Service define the conditions and procedures for using the YouTube video to blog conversion service provided by BlogPen (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and users.
2. Service Description
The Service provides the following features:
- YouTube video transcript extraction
- AI-powered automatic blog post conversion
- Editing capabilities through the blog editor
- Export to various formats
3. Acceptance of Terms
The user agreement is established when the user agrees to these Terms and completes the registration process. Registration is available through social login via Google account.
4. Using the Service
1. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as a general rule. However, the Service may be temporarily suspended for operational needs such as system maintenance.
2. Users are responsible for the copyright and legal liability of content created through this Service.
3. The Service must be used within the scope that does not infringe on the rights of the original YouTube video creators.
5. Fees and Payment
1. Service fees are subject to the pricing policy within the Service.
2. Payments for paid services are processed through Polar.sh, and payment-related terms are subject to the terms of that service.
3. Refund policies are subject to applicable laws and company policies.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Creating content that infringes on the copyrights of others
- Actions that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Unauthorized collection or use of personal information of others
- Reselling the Service for commercial profit
7. Disclaimer
1. The Service uses AI technology to generate content, and does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of the generated content.
2. The Service provider is not responsible for any legal issues arising from content created by users through the Service.
3. The Service provider is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes arising from the use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for an amicable resolution. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved in the competent court in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Service provider may modify these Terms when necessary, and the modified Terms will be announced through notices within the Service. Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use of the Service and terminate their account.
