Terms of Service

1. What BlogPen does

BlogPen turns a YouTube video into a blog draft with AI, and gives you an editor to refine and export it.

2. Your account

Sign in to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping it secure. Use the Service only if you can enter into a binding contract with us.

3. AI drafts and your content

• Drafts are generated by AI from the YouTube video transcript you provide and may contain mistakes. Review and edit the draft before you publish.
• You own the content you create with the Service and are responsible for what you publish, including any third-party rights it may affect.
• Web research may cite or link to third-party pages. Verify those sources yourself.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

• Prices and plan limits are described on the pricing page. Limits reset each billing period, and usage beyond your plan limits is blocked rather than billed.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Polar.sh is the Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment, applicable taxes, and receipts.
• Email patreot0312@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Renewals are not refunded.

5. Free conversion

Your first conversion is free: one video up to 30 minutes with captions. It is not a trial and does not turn into a subscription.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not create content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not use the Service for anything illegal or to harm others.
• Do not interfere with the Service or access it in unauthorized ways.
• Do not resell the Service.
• Do not collect the personal information of others.

7. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided as is. AI output can be wrong, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or fitness for your purpose.
• We are not responsible for legal issues arising from the content you create or publish.
• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as outages or natural disasters.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms when needed. Changes are announced in the Service, and continuing to use it means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved in the competent Korean courts.
