1. What we collect

• Account: your name, email address, and profile image from the account you sign in with.
• Your content: the videos you convert, transcripts, and the drafts and documents you create.
• Usage: usage records, access logs, and basic device information that keep the Service running and secure.
• Billing: handled by Polar. Your card details never reach BlogPen.

3. How long we keep it

When your account is deleted, we remove your account profile, documents and notes, classroom publications, transcripts, generation history, usage records, bookmarks, and saved Notion credentials from our database. Public share links stop working immediately; the rest is removed in the background. Our retained billing records have their account link and personal fields removed; payment amounts, transaction identifiers, and dates remain where legally required. We keep a deletion audit containing only a hashed account identifier, row counts, and timestamps. Deleting your account does not yet remove images you uploaded to our file storage, pages you already exported to Notion, your customer record at our payment provider Polar, or older payment webhook error logs that may contain your personal details. It also does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel it before deleting your account. When your account is deleted, sign-in and share links stop immediately, but we keep the rest of your data while the subscription is active (including a trial) or past due, and for 24 hours after it ends. We also wait while we cannot verify that billing has ended. To request removal, email patreot0312@gmail.com from your account address. Korean law requires a few records to be kept longer:

4. AI and your content

• We send the video transcript and the draft text you generate or edit to OpenAI to write your drafts.
• Drafts are generated by AI and may contain mistakes.
• You own the content you create and are responsible for what you publish.
• Web research may cite third-party pages. Check those sources before you rely on them.

5. Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, or to correct or delete it, or to close your account. Email patreot0312@gmail.com and we will help.

The Service uses cookies for sign-in. You can refuse them in your browser, but sign-in will not work without them.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The latest version is always on this page.
