Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I change my plan?
You can switch plans anytime from Settings. Polar handles the billing change.
What's your refund policy?
Email patreot0312@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Renewals are not refunded.
What does the Free plan include?
Your first conversion is free: one video up to 30 minutes with captions. It is not a trial and does not turn into a subscription.
What payment methods do you support?
We support major credit and debit cards, processed by Polar.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You'll receive warnings at 80% and 90% usage. When you reach 100%, you can upgrade your plan or wait for the next monthly reset.
Do unused limits roll over?
No, usage limits reset monthly, including on yearly plans. We recommend choosing a plan that fits your typical usage.
What if my video has no captions or uses another language?
On a paid plan, BlogPen transcribes a video without captions within your AI-transcript limit; the free conversion needs captions. Before creating the draft, choose its language and region; BlogPen writes directly in that target.
Can I edit the article and use it for client work?
Yes. Rewrite any section in the editor; each section rewrite uses 3 of your monthly text transforms. There is no watermark or required attribution.
Does every YouTube URL work?
No. Shorts of 1 minute or less and videos over 2 hours are not supported.
